Fire & Rescue Services​

​The Village of Torquay has a joint agreement with the R.M of Cambria to provide fire services to all residents of the village and RM.  The village has a mutual aid agreement with Midale Cymri Fire & Rescue to provide assistance as necessary.  The fire department encourages our residents and ratepayers to make sure you have adequate fire insurance.

Fire and rescue services are staffed by 20 volunteer firefighters, which includes 1 Fire Chief,  1 Deputy Chief.
